Looking after a league

A League Admin helps run one league across several teams, without needing to be a Club Admin. A Platform Admin gives you the role.

Finding your league's page

Open the account menu (your initials, top right) and choose Manage league, or use Manage this league at the bottom of the league's page under Leagues. If you look after more than one league, pick it at the top. You'll be asked to sign in again the first time after you're given the role.

Approving sign-ups

• Teams: a team that asks to join the league shows under New teams waiting to join a league. Approve or deny it.
• Individuals: shooters without a team who sign up on their own show under Individual sign-ups.
• Turn either kind of sign-up off in the league's details when the league is full.

Details, divisions and handicaps

• League details: name, singles or doubles, location, schedule, cost and a contact.
• Divisions: split the standings into skill tiers, such as A and B Class.
• Handicaps: yardage set by the league or from ATA cards, and an optional score handicap on the individual standings.

Creating a new league stays with your club's Club Admins.

On league night

Open the League night board from the league page: every field's squads, ranked as each target is marked. It's made for a clubhouse TV or a laptop by the trap house. If the night ends in a tie, start a Shoot-off from the league page.
