Everything here works whether or not you're on a team. You can start keeping your own scores the moment you sign up.
Sign up at portal.trapstats.app with a name, email and password, or with Google. Use the name you go by on scoresheets: your stats are matched to rounds by that name. Your Profile shows the roster names your scores count under; if you're on the sheets under another name too (initials, a nickname), your Squad Leader can link it to your account.
Signed up with one email but want to use a Google account under another? Sign in with your email and password, then connect it under Sign in with Google on your Profile. Signing in with Google before that makes a second, empty account.
If someone sent you an invite link, open it first: signing up from it puts you straight onto that team or club. Without one, you land on Get started, where you can paste an invite link later or start your own club.
On a computer the main pages are across the top: Dashboard, Schedule, Leagues, Teams and Chat, with Upload Scorecard next to them. On a phone they're behind the ☰ menu, and the orange camera button at the bottom is the quickest way to save a round. Your initials, top right, open your account menu: Profile & security, Family, What's new, Club announcements, and Help & guides.
The Android app is the same app in its own window, with phone notifications, a screen that stays on during live scoring, and a buzz on each target.
Everyone else in the club can follow along from Live now on the Dashboard, or on the league's League night board. While you're on a live squad, a red LIVE label shows next to your name in chat, on your team's leaderboard and on the Squad Leader's member list (in chat, with your station and score so far); anyone can tap it to watch. No signal at the trap? Keep tapping; the phone catches up as soon as it's back online.
Saved a personal round with a mistake in it? Open it from your rounds and correct it. Team rounds are corrected by your Squad Leader or Club Admin.
The Dashboard's Your stats brings together every round you've shot, on any team and on your own: average, hit rate, best round. Under Performance you'll find your score trend and hit rates by station, by shot and by yardage. Badges and personal bests appear on their own; there's nothing to set up.
Your goals, under Performance, tracks a target you set, for singles or doubles: an average to reach, a best round to beat, or a number of rounds to log, from a start date and until an end date if you give one. Tap Add a goal to set one.
Want to share your numbers? Profile & security has your public profile link and a badge image. Your name only shows on public pages if you turn on Show my name publicly (never for anyone under 18).
Shooter Pro is a personal plan, $39 a year or $4.99 a month, from Shooter Pro in the account menu. Save your gun, choke and shell setups and tag your rounds with them to see which you shoot best; see your average in calm and wind, heat and cold, sun and rain (from rounds saved with weather); ask the coach for a plain-English read of where you drop targets and what to practice (after 5 rounds); and set Pro goals (a station's hit rate, an average with one setup, or how many times to shoot a score), with a pace line and suggested goals from your numbers. Nothing your club gives you needs it. Under 18, a parent linked on the Family page buys it for you. Whoever pays can cancel from Manage billing.
The easiest way is an invite link from your Squad Leader or Club Admin: open it while signed in and you're in (some teams approve each request first). Your personal rounds stay yours when you join.
Leagues shows your club's standings: team standings, top shooters and the league's roster. If a league takes individual sign-ups, its roster has a Sign up as an individual button; a Club Admin approves it.
Schedule has the club calendar and its tournaments. Open a tournament to sign up, and to pay its entry fee by card if the club takes payments online.
Chat has a conversation for your whole club, one for each league you shoot in, and one for your team. Use them to sort out league night, find a sub, or ask the club a question. The number next to Chat is how many messages you haven't read.
If you owe your club anything, Your club dues on the Dashboard shows what and why, and lets you pay by card when the club accepts it. The payment goes straight to the club.
Your club may ask you to sign its liability waiver in the app, and can require one before you shoot on a live squad, join a league team or enter a tournament. A parent signs for anyone under 18; see Family in the account menu to link a parent and child.
