Running a club

A Club Admin runs the whole club: its teams and leagues, members, money, paperwork and plan. Everything lives under Club in the app.

Starting a club

Sign up at portal.trapstats.app, then create your club from Get started (or from the invite you were sent if you're joining one). Whoever creates a club is its first Club Admin.

The setup checklist

Club › Overview starts with a short checklist: describe the club, create teams, set up a league and a season, invite members, log a first round and add something to the calendar. After that, Overview becomes your to-do list: join requests, unsigned waivers, dues owed and what's coming up.

What's under Club

• People: the roster, teams, importing members and past scores from a spreadsheet, announcements (by notification and email), and outside viewers such as a league secretary.
• Schedule: the calendar, tournaments (rosters, divisions and online entry fees), seasons and leagues, including handicap rules and sign-up approvals.
• Money: dues and card payments into the club's own Stripe account, a quick-sale screen for range nights, and your Trap Stats plan.
• Paperwork: liability waivers signed on a phone, and exports of scores and the whole club.
• Club settings: name, about text and fees, trap fields, invite links, and branding on a paid plan.

Plans and billing

Every club starts on the Free plan. Club › Plan & billing shows how many photo scoresheet reads you've used this month, and lets you move to Small Club or Large Club. Cancelling stops renewal; the club keeps the plan until the end of the period it paid for. See pricing for what each plan includes, and email [email protected] with billing questions.
